Diane is the best. I used to have GMAC insurance but was paying them ultra-inflated insurance rates . I contacted Diane, and she gave me a quote - basically the same coverage I had with GMAC, plus some extras for much less. I couldn't refuse and switched over. Diane has taken care of me ever since, from getting my policy set up, to answering any question when it came to adding additional vehicle to our policy. Her customer service skills are exceptional, from checking in to see how things are going, to immediately following up on any issues.
